Incoherence ?

I think there is two incoherence or contradiction in this translation.

The first one is :

"Tohka, Yoshino and [Yoshinon] passed their delicately wrapped presents to Kotori."

In this sentence, I understand that Tohka already passed her present to Kotori. But, just after that :

"Saying that, Shidou and Tohka gave their presents as well."

Wait, what ? Tohka already passed her present to Kotori and she is passing it once again ?

The second one is :

"After Tohka left, Reine and the others slowly made their way to the foyer. As though replying their words, Kotori waved to them."

In this sentence, I understand that Tohka already left from Shidou's house. But once again, just after this :

"After that Tohka and the others waved their hands in return and closed the door with a 'Patan.'.

What ? She's still in the house ? But, it's said that she left two sentence before...

For the first problem - I remember the line containing Tohka-tachi, which referred to "Tohka and the others", it should be something like Saying that, Shidou, just like (Tohka and) the others), gave his present...

For the second one - I think the meaning is not necessarily after Tohka left, I didn't remember the exact sentence in Japanese but again it should be something like |Following Tohka|, |Reine and the others|..., fyi I was the translator of this chapter's alternate language and I checked these problems myself...
