Most likely he'll give it in the middle/later part of the novel,or in the next volume.My guess is when Heivia meet her in person.Like in his other light novel,(if my memory is correct)Tsuchimikado name isn't mentioned in his conversation with Aleister in earlier volumes,or Perhaps a much more better example would be Musujime Awaki the level 4 <Move Point> teleporter.Accelerator is an exception.--User753-Talk- 09:34, 9 May 2012 (CDT)
