Have any of the translators decided who is going to finish this chapter yet it been incomplete for quite some time?

sick! been waiting to read it for so long
Can you please set an approximate date of the completion of this Chapter? Ive noticed that other chapters are already finished, but this one is still incomplete after a month or so...

Also, does anyone who can read CH/JP want to try translating the afterword? I can solo for the 3rd chapter, but I may not manage to finish that quick if I have to do the afterword.
