Ok, while you wait for more Mushoku Tensei, read web novel Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou the english translations in https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B-UR83JR48jpcGJTeTdqSnp5NzA&usp=sharing. Basically, the same premise as .hack, SAO, Log Horizon, Mushoku Tensei: MC gets turns up into another fantasy world. And this time the Main character got the short end of the stick: shitty level/skills compared to his other fellow classmates who gets summoned there. One thing leads to another, and he was betrayed- shot in the back, dropped to an even more difficult floor level and left for dead... well, MC barely survives, vows vengeance & turns to the darkside of the force (cue in the evil Galactic Empire background sound. --Superduperelectro (talk) 02:36, 1 June 2014 (CDT)

^Is there perhaps a 2nd link for volume 2 of that novel? It's actually really interesting. Thanks.

^I second it. Just finished it, really interesting.

Read the raw... intense GT. Half of it is gibberish, but at least you can understand the important areas. There's also a forum with spoilers: http://forums.animesuki.com/showthread.php?t=124566&page=2

^ Thanks bro, I owe you two. (for introducing me to the series and for helping me find the next few chapters) Please alarm me when a new one is translated. GT and Bing translate hurts my head... Bad.

For the Pending Authorisation of this Mushoku Tensei, do we really have to nominate a Project Manager and Supervisor for these types? I mean these are all translated and hosted outside BT (it's senseless). And If so, isn't it for formality sake? --Superduperelectro (talk) 07:42, 4 June 2014 (CDT)

For project manager, I believe the guidelines say "Recommended", hence it's not required, and you're right that it doesn't make sense here. Another quote from that guidelines page that may be of use to you "If it seems like your request has not been noticed, you may post on the Administration Contact Page asking to get your project approved." Though it still may not happen immediately. --Cthaeh (talk) 17:55, 6 June

Can someone post a link where to read latest translated chqpter of Arifureta

. Thanks

You have already have the link for the latest translated chapter of Arifureta in this page. It only goes up to ch 26. The translator (who did ch 25-26) for this series is quite irregular seeing that he/she is busy with his real life stuff last time he made a comment. The previous translator who did ch 1-24 seem to have stop translating and disappeared now. --Haikai (talk) 14:58, 11 June

^ i see, thanks.. btw where are the latest chapters updated?

All of the chapters are posted in the animesuki forum for Arifureta. (http://forums.animesuki.com/showthread.php?t=124566) Because they are all fan done translations, they only exist in google docs and throughout the forum. The only way for you to know when they release would be if you follow the forum or have people tell you that a translation came out whether it would be here or a different place which follows Arifureta. --Haikai (talk) 13:07, 12 June

Arifureta c27 released https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B_JU2BETxt4XZ0FCMndBR0MwTm8&usp=sharing . Ok, while we are waiting for more Mushoku & Arifureta, try out Re:Monster, forum on http://www.jcafe24.net/index.php?topic=41658.50 & http://www.jcafe24.net/index.php?topic=41658.0 . Well, the story goes like Mushoku, middle-age MC died and gets reincarnated in a fantasy world as a baby, MC got the Arifureta ability of devour enemy -> get monster's skill. This time tho the MC gets reincarnated as a goblin, not human... I'd add that Re:Monster got a light novel & a manga series already. I don't think Arifureta will get a LN seeing the MC took the path of darkside of the force, publishers may think he's too violent/evil/badass --Superduperelectro (talk) 21:33, 13 June 2014 (CDT)

Some how I think this is less of a Mushoku talk page and more of an Arifureta talk page. If this is going to happen shouldn't a thread be started in the BT forums and link it here so that we don't get a whole bunch of irrelivent but interesting comments? Either that or move the conversation into its own subsection of this talk called "related series". Just hoping to make this page a little more on topic and keep the awsone series suggestions. Thanks.

Revision as of 06:53, 14 June 2014

I liked Mushoku so much that I added it in Baka-Tsuki. It's rare to see a LN author make his MC cross the line (have sex) which Rudeus have done in volume 2, -SAO may be faster, as Kirito did it in volume 1 tho, but Rudeus keeps a harem unlike Kirito strictly speaking that is, much like perverted Issei from DxD, but that one has been yet to do IT even after 17 volumes....

Ok, beyond that, I like how funny & perverted the

MC is. How captivating the other characters from the book. The storyline of Mushoku Tensei is engaging, with the chain of events happening one after another leaves you breathless or maybe shouting OMG/WTF/etc...

not showing up on teaser project list?
