suggestions[edit]

  • Nono, I won't do something that is like something or other and mimics something. "sonna jai no i o karu sune mitai na mane was su mai." I don't know if it's because of the breaks or the words in this line, but I couldn't figure out what was intended. jai no i o karu sune?
[※Note: Is actually 'I'll pass on acting like Sune(O) asking Jai(an) for help. It's a Doraemon thing. Suneo is a weaker guy, and Jaian is this big, bully-ish character. Their names are often shortened to Sune and Jai when put as a pairing, so to avoid using the 〇 circles, the author has shortened their names.]
EDIT: Romantic pairing

  • And that's something or other about an unneeded racoon. sore mo e ra nu tanuki no nanto yara. <-- seems to be some expression mixed reference slightly broken in romaji, I can't tell for sure what it says.
「それも獲らぬ狸のなんとやら。」
I think it literally says "That's still a supposition about a Tanuki that we have not yet caught."
I had translated it as 'that's still a bird in the bush', but you might know the real meaning of the phrase.
