I agree. Thought-speech is normally italicized in english. Also for j-text, either hide it using the hide tags or put it in a ref note. The only exception is when Engrish (English written using japanese characters) is used. Use the furigana template for that, example: No, NOOの、ノォ. Or to show shapes by japanese characters. Together with Ellis and the other two they had given chase after Claire. But halfway through, the time for the change of patrols came and they had to give up. With that, they started their rounds around the «Wind» area.
