Paragraph one: Basically Louise and Siesta are making him read out a testimony, or a contract which Saito has to sign... If it is his own personal testimony, he'll sign it after reading and understanding it, so that his preference for breasts is known and put to record... If it is a contract, he's going to mention things that he'll need to do, or in fact not to do, from now on, possibly under fear of death...

I write this as there was not a precision about whether he's signing a testimony of facts, or he's agreeing to never touch big breasts ever again under penalty of death.

"Sylphid" is Tabitha's familiar and not a spell, so I'm guessing that the paragraph might be read as "Tabitha used Sylphid to save Saito..." I don't have the book with me right now to check, so I'm just guessing here... because if it's a spell, i would guess that it would be the "levitation" spell...
