Cover & fold-ups temporarily disabled

..since they produce "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 20971520 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate #### bytes)" error. However, I'm not removing them until no other option is available.

instead. Since this Wiki treats "abc.jpg" and "abc.JPG" as two different files, I've just renamed actual files to similar non-existing ones. Please keep them this way until "no memory" problem is resolved.
