Hello GhstWrtr, I noticed your message on Eusth's talk page. To overwrite someone's registration, checking with the project manager (Eusth) is one part, but you should also leave a message on the talk pages of the users who registered, asking if they mind you taking over. Since those users haven't been active on the wiki in 1+ years, I'd guess it'd be pretty safe to take over, but technically the general policy is that they have two weeks to reply if they want to keep their registration. --Cthaeh (talk) 04:58, 6 June 2017 (CEST)
