Thanks for the edit. I think most of the errors are generally careless mistakes (didn#t read over after finishing lol). Setsuna86 (talk) 03:38, 19 September 2013 (CDT)

Hallo there~ I couldn't really tell what your Facebook account was, but you obviously won the game. :3 Thanks for putting in all the effort. It really makes everything a lot easier for me. Also, I wanted to thank you for doing the Main Page too. ;D

Anyways. What series did you want me to translate a chapter of? That's your reward. xD --Cloudii (talk) 01:09, 26 April 2014 (CDT)

Awww, pick something. It's fun for me too. xD I enjoy it. Even something random is fine~ --Cloudii (talk) 01:30, 26 April 2014 (CDT)

NP. I'm pretty close with Ping. I just asked him, and he gave me Volume 3 prologue, so there we go. <3 I think I gotta read some of the series first though, but I trust it's good ;) --Cloudii (talk) 01:44, 26 April 2014 (CDT)

You have done something to the links. I traced it back and your formatting is the cause. Please fix :(

Noooooo, Rujierudooooooo~ Sorry, I just found that funny. Keep up the good work. I would change how I translate his name if I could but it's hard with how conditioned it is after having to type it ^^^ many times. --Dark Kaito (talk) 20:29, 19 July 2014 (CDT)

You should probably check things with the translators if you're unsure. Skuizaan's 'Basherant Dukedom' was not a mistake, and you should not have changed it to Kingdom. 王国 and 公国 are completely different. The latter means either dukedom or something like a principality. If you're not good with actual international terminology, an anime/manga example is Beatrice's land in Zero no Tsukaima. NWs bro. Just that with the Nash thing on the chapter I translated, plus this, I'm getting the (possibly very skewed) impression that you're a little hasty with edits. Perhaps just leave ideas you arne't sure about in the discussions page? Also, thanks again for contributing to editing. Heavens know that Mushoku Tensei needs it. As Skuizaan has mentioned, ゼニス(zenisu) is the name of a character in the Dragon Quest series that Rifujin na Magonote seems to like so much. Specifically, King Zenith (ゼニス王).

Ah sorry I took a moment to reply. Dukedom is correct, though you can use the more commonly accepted term 'Duchy.' In the [Magic Triumvirate] Ranoa is the only actual KING-dom, Basherant and Neris are ruled by nobility, but for whatever reason, have chosen not to elect a king. Likely this is a tactical move to keep the nature of their alliance. And as for naming conventions, the author likes to use flower names alot: (Lilia being Lilies, Ghislaine being a Rose-hybrid, Ginger and Juliet who are Zanoba's subordinates. Linia This kind of naming scheme goes on and on. For Norun, I also go with the wikipedia link established there, since she is combat oriented after all. This works well considering how well she gets along with Eris. I have a ton more of the names cited in one way or another. Ah the joys of katakana...--Skuizaan (talk) 11:21, 22 July 2014 (CDT)

Why the change (Ghislaine -> Ghyslaine)? SinsI (talk) 04:48, 23 July 2014 (CDT)

It looks like the change to the format has broken the ability to read the chapters in the collapsed area with the Baka-tsuki app, can you please fix this/return it to the way it was? --Masao (talk) 01:21, 28 July 2014 (CDT)

Sorry for all the Edits, The App seems to have a limit to how often it will allow a page to be reloaded. I am going to try to figure out a way to use the manual add feature in the app to get around this to test the limits of the Apps parser Masao (talk) 10:15, 28 July 2014 (CDT)

After testing I have figured out what was happening with the App, and some of the restrictions it has. For one, volumes within a collapsed area will show up in the app, while volumes with the same name will be merged. The volumes though will not show up when placed under a 2nd header, in this case '==Original Web Novel=='. The app seams to only pull chapters from secondary headers if the header is a set value; the only header I have found to work is '==Side Stories=='. I know this is probably not applicable any more since the format is moving towards a naming approach, but I thought this might be useful for future editing. Just do 'em all in one go, don't have to edit one by one ;p I'll do it from the bottom and we'll meet somewhere k --Acolyte (talk) 22:14, 28 July 2014 (CDT)

Yeah we'll need to do that too.. But no rush on that one because the existing ones will redirect. I'll do that tomorrow at my own leisure I guess. At least Kuroi's request is fulfilled. Acolyte (talk) 23:22, 28 July 2014 (CDT)

Hi Pumkingboyz,

Yeah, that is solid, thanks for sharing that link. It does raise a question for me...

What is the main difference between a narrative and a MC monologue/thought/experience? Or, in other words, suppose the narrator is Rudeus himself, in what case is it a narrative and not a monologue/thought/experience?

Perhaps relating to Mushoku Tensei: Side Stories and non-Rudeus perspectives may be generalized as mostly narratives (past tense), while Rudeus' Perspectives, as the main character, tends to have more monologues, thoughts, experiences (present tense).

Edit: After some thinking in the shower, I realized that a common distinction point is when there are "quotations" + Rudeus' perspective, then he is present for that dialogue. (The hydra fight and Labyrinth crawl for examples)

If it is paraphrasing (skipping moments) and without quotations, it is probably in narrative. (We summarize what went down: We talked to this person. We did that. Paul died. Zenith became invalid. OR We did this for a month:)

Warm regards,
