MariMite[edit]

I don't even read this series, why am I doing this?

I dont know - maybe because of a sense of order like myself? ;)(I also havent read it myself. ;))--Darklor 19:06, 28 February 2010 (UTC)

that's probably it. ----Saganatsu 19:54, 28 February 2010 (UTC)

was there a reason to hide some of the volumes? also: 150px fits, and is visible

I think this was for not showing too much untranslated volumes. Also those pics were once before removed. (Also I used the MariMite Project as the template for the measurements. Also I thought those pics are looking better than the pics with the same motive in the illustration page so why not show them (somewhere) ;)) --Darklor 13:22, 4 March 2010 (UTC)

that makes sense --Saganatsu 13:57, 4 March 2010 (UTC)

Read or Die[edit]

It wasnt stalled (not yet) ;) --Darklor 10:45, 17 March 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, the updates log tricked me, and i couldn't tell that it had been worked on, then I noticed that it had been...

To see that its useful to check the history pages (of the project page, the last translated chapters and sometimes also of the register pages).. --Darklor 19:41, 17 March 2010 (UTC)

Chapter 1[edit]

If it were edited it could have been exposed... otherwise would it be to raw... so if the project had an dedicated editor... ;) --Darklor 10:45, 17 March 2010 (UTC)

Chrome Shelled Regios[edit]

Dont think that Lygophile is a translator - as far as I know he/she is (only) the (main) editor for Chrome Shelled Regios... --Darklor 21:31, 27 March 2010 (UTC)

Ah-- he posted the chapter, so I got confused. Thank you. --Saganatsu 21:34, 27 March 2010 (UTC)

For this series the translators have (had till now) the custom to send their translations first to their (main) editor... --Darklor 17:43, 28 March 2010 (UTC)

Stalled[edit]

April till April ;) also registered staff is marked inactive - also Thelastguardian and Onizuka-GTO have had the intention to shorten the time till the Stalled tag is applied to 9 or even to 6/7 month: Stalled? --Darklor 05:48, 13 April 2010 (UTC)

Ah, never saw that on the forum & thought all three conditions had to apply. Now it makes more sense to call it stalled (not that there was much chance it wasn't going to be by the end of the month, anyway) --Saganatsu 06:01, 13 April 2010 (UTC)

Golden Time[edit]

^^ picture upload: the same idea --Darklor 01:04, 3 October 2010 (UTC)

Toaru Majutsu no Index Vol22[edit]

Vol22 is being translated backwords because I'm the translator, and I feel like translating the more dramatic scenes first, if you're wondering. --Flere821 22:33, 11 November 2010 (UTC)

Cool --Saganatsu 23:37, 11 November 2010 (UTC)

To Aru Majutsu no Index[edit]

Hm, but the forum says otherwise... ;) (Maybe you should ask there if they still want some ;) --Darklor 15:22, 23 November 2010 (UTC)

good point, I always forget that the forum exists. --Saganatsu 15:29, 23 November 2010 (UTC)

Changes to Toaru Nav complete. Template fully ready for implementation. Feel free to do so. Zero2001 - Talk - 03:11, 17 August 2011 (CDT)

Thank you! --Saganatsu 07:09, 17 August 2011 (CDT)

Hakushaku to Yousei[edit]

Uhm, was there a special reason to create the registration page for this teaser project? Do we have a translator willing to translate more of it? --Darklor 08:05, 14 December 2010 (UTC)

better to have and not need than need and not have --Saganatsu 08:48, 14 December 2010 (UTC)

Shakugan no Shana[edit]

Jilid 3 - Shakugan no Shana III / 灼眼のシャナIII: no Idea what a Jilid is... --Saganatsu

Very probably "volume" in Indonesian ;) --Darklor 20:13, 25 February 2011 (UTC)

Anghelica Romanza[edit]

Found your question (a little late but still): "what is this project anyway?" - Its probably an attempt for a original light novel... --Darklor 03:51, 1 March 2011 (UTC)

Kore wa Zombie desu ka?[edit]

Teaser is can be found in the forum - http://www.baka-tsuki.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=4218#p77127 --Darklor 05:12, 3 March 2011 (UTC)

Thank you for answering both questions!

Poll Creation[edit]

No problemo! --Darklor 21:55, 3 March 2011 (UTC)

CR Registration Page[edit]

Thank you for informing me! Went though a deletion fury & guess i just hit the wrong one! Well everything is back to normal, the gleeful polish version went screaming into the dark pit of deletion. Order is restored, the rebels vanquished, the revolution dispensed. Onizuka-GTO 06:56, 7 March 2011 (UTC)

Itsuten[edit]

I didn't want to link the chapter until I've finished it :P. I want to avoid giving the false impression that the chapter is completed, since other scantalation news sites (like mangaupdates broadcast the updates as completed inaccurately sometimes). Otherwise I have to keep recalculating the % completion, which is tedious when I'm doing frequent updates. Which I do when I translate directly into the wiki to save me time in reformatting the "quote" ' symbol during transfers. --Larethian 08:41, 28 March 2011 (EDT)

Ah- my bad. --Saganatsu 13:13, 28 March 2011 (EDT)

no worries now that you understand =) --Larethian 03:24, 31 March 2011 (EDT)

Mushi to Medama[edit]

Volume 1 the Final Night is still in the hands of the editors and isn't finished yet ^_^ - Brynhilde

DRAFT[edit]

I've seen your edits for the DRAFT pages. I've been wondering if the FAQ page wouldn't be useful to the newbies in BT. Kira 03:30, 4 July 2011 (UCT)

Good point. Does keeping it and placing links on the main page and/or the sidebar seem like a good plan?

Actually, idea: take the Navigation section and split it into two: one section with Format Guidelines (what appears on the sidebar as Project Presention), the Forum, the Blog, the FAQ, and Recent Changes, while the other has the Approved Projects/Projects page (probably taken from Light Novel Projects but expanded to include visual novels), Alt. Languages, Pending Projects, and Teaser Projects. (don't know where Categories would go). Perhaps call one section Information and the other Navigation? Thank You! --Saganatsu 04:57, 4 July 2011 (UCT)

Oreimo[edit]

Ah, I just want to say that I'll be doing Oreimo V8C4. SInce you are the supervisor, I thought that I should noyice you. Kira 16:10, 6 July 2011 (UCT)

Oreimo[edit]

Ah, I just want to say that I'll be doing Oreimo V8C4. SInce you are the supervisor, I thought that I should notice you. Kira 16:10, 6 July 2011 (UCT)

Thank you!--Saganatsu 21:06, 6 July 2011 (UCT)

Are you still there ? I want to join the Oreimo translation group. Please reply as soon as possible or email me at :[email protected] Chaos

(Fan?) Art[edit]

(At risk of sounding like an overzealous user prioritizing his own contributions...)

Should stuff like this be on the wiki? It's (rather loosely) a fanart, mainly taking one of the pages and redrawing the rest. If it was only colouring I won't have brought this up, but I wasn't sure if the wiki had a stance on non-official pictures or pics with redrawing jobs that goes beyond simple repairing... -Akira (talk) 20:11, 15 July 2013 (CDT)

I don't think the wiki has a stance either way. I would definitely say that this is a legitimate question. I'm not the person to ask; I once was the project supervisor; User:Chaos is now. What I do recommend is that you ask the community about this: take this post, and copy the above post to either the project talk page or the relevant chapter talk page.

PS. Is a page somewhere saying I'm supervising OreImo? if so, where is it? --Saganatsu (talk) 23:32, 15 July 2013 (CDT)

Ah, I only asked you because (with all due respect to Chaos) I'm pretty sure you were the more experienced supervisor and if the wiki did have a stance on it, you'd be more likely to know. I guess I'll go post this on the project page, then... -Akira (talk) 19:12, 16 July 2013 (CDT)
No problem.--Saganatsu (talk) 20:11, 16 July 2013 (CDT)

Oreimo spanish[edit]

Hi I'm Ariel. I want to be a translator of Oreimo in spanish. My group called Studio Anime Fairy Tail (SAFT-TEAM) and me, decided to take this project, so I thought that I should notice you. I already have the first chapter of volume 1 complete, the fourth of volume 5 and the little parts of other chapters.

Cool. I don't speak anything but english, so I can't be of much help. As long as you follow the registration procedures, there should be no problem, which it looks like you're doing. --Saganatsu 21:26, 20 July 2011 (UCT)

Campione![edit]

I just wanted to ask, is it 'godslayer' or 'champion'? I just saw the synopsis. Also, is it mages or magicians? Sorry, but since I'm a Chinese translator, I need to verify if my terms are right or not. Also, the prologue's up. Kira (Talk) 21:00, 28 July 2011 (UCT)

my personal inclination would be godslayer and magicians, but I'm not a translator at all: use whichever terms fit best in your mind. --Saganatsu 22:13, 28 July 2011 (UCT)

Excuse me, unless your changes are based on the original Japanese source, please do not alter any titles. --Zzhk (talk) 02:32, 12 May 2013 (CDT)

OK --Saganatsu (talk) 12:02, 12 May 2013 (CDT)

Vaelis reverted all the hard work. Can you support me on his talk page? Zero2001 - Talk - 04:57, 24 August 2011 (CDT)

I could use some support on the SAO Main Talk Page. Zero2001 - Talk - 21:13, 20 December 2011 (CST)

I really really need your support. Please help ^^. Zero2001 - Talk - 05:53, 3 January 2012 (CST)

I noticed your comments for those code for japanese parantheses in Sword Art Online:Early Characters. You should look into templates.Xplorer30 - Talk 04:23, 5 May 2012 (CDT)

Now that I rethink it, why did you go to all that trouble for the special codes? For our wiki you can just paste in pure jp char like this: 「 hello 」and (this). Correct me if I am wrong somewhere. Xplorer30 - Talk 04:41, 5 May 2012 (CDT)

someone else made the first table: I just copy pasted to keep consistency.

Ah, let me just say that it is very messy work to edit then, and I don't see any reason for that mess. Xplorer30 - Talk 04:45, 5 May 2012 (CDT)

yes, i agree--Saganatsu 04:47, 5 May 2012 (CDT)

Punctuation[edit]

I would like you to support me here, if you are willing. Thank you. Zero2001 - Talk - 13:38, 13 September 2011 (CDT)

Kore wa Zombie[edit]

Oh sorry. The thing is that NanoDesu is already doing a translation on this blog, so since he updates quicker than me, I see no reason why we must do the same translation. Basically, yeah, I retired from the project. Kira (Talk) 16:03, 4 June 2012 (CDT)

No worries. I'll go see if we can host his work. --Saganatsu 16:59, 4 June 2012 (CDT)

Tsurugi no Joou to Rakuin no Ko[edit]

Question regarding project supervisors.[edit]

Hello, I noticed that you are the project supervisor for multiple projects so I figured you would be the best person to ask. I was curious as to what a project supervisor is responsible for, in regards to the project itself. Thank you for any information you can provide. Kory 23:06, 3 June 2013 (CDT)

There's no hard document listing our duties: project supervisors principally handle conflict resolution: stopping edit wars, and providing decisions when the community itself can't. the next biggest thing they're responsible for is dealing with registration issues: If one translator's been inactive and another want's to take over their registered chapters, can they? They also deal with setting protection levels. Beyond this, the only thing I can think of is pruning the editor list of people who put their names down and then don't edit. Hosted projects have their own issues to deal with, Category:Hosted Projects has more information about this, but the general guideline there is that the project supervisor is the translator(s) representative on the wiki. --Saganatsu (talk) 23:47, 3 June 2013 (CDT)

Haken no Kouki Altina[edit]

I have already pinged Oni for changing the name to 'Haken no Kouki Altina' on the main page index. FYI --Chancs (talk) 06:21, 24 August 2013 (CDT)

Ah. okay, but it's still better to leave it a working link for now. I'll get rid of the redirect when it gets orphaned.--Saganatsu (talk) 10:28, 24 August 2013 (CDT)

Editing Kenshin[edit]

Thank you for your efforts. But I assure you if I wanted it edited, I'd tell my editor.--Hayashi s (talk) 07:19, 13 September 2013 (CDT)
