Right, gonna write out what i reverted and why.

Cohesiveness ---back to---> coerciveness, these two are completely different words, Sougetsu is coercive, not cohesive.

You know that right ---> You know right? somehow it doesnt fit with raws, as Sougetsu is using a casual tone with Ouka.

Again-- ----> Aga--, Sougetsu cut her in mid-word

.

There was no such ---> There's no such, he refered to possibility that she might miss or hit a hostage, she's stating d there's no possibility of her missing.

Those few aside good job with the edits, i do have quite a bit of pages translated again, if you want i'll upload them now. Feel free to delete this after you read it. --Krytyk (talk) 07:29, 10 December 2013 (CST)

Please try to keep the edits in british english, and the amount of dots in sentences as original. Amount of dots indicates the length of silence, so we can't have them all shortened into triple dots like "...". Thanks, and keep up the good work!.--Krytyk (talk) 05:11, 12 December 2013 (CST)

Sorry there but colour is not a misspelling. Same to Honour, behaviour. That's the way it's spelled in british english, i've commented on that on 12th dec (one comment above this one). http://grammarist.com/spelling/color-colour/ http://edufire.com/forums/1-the-fireside-chat/topics/9454-american-vs-british . After i finish translating all of the current volumes i will try to thoroughly format them to british english. --Krytyk (talk) 07:43, 17 December 2013 (CST)

Tasear,

Your translator for this project took it upon himself to undo changes I had made to the text that made it better. I would like to inform you of this fact because I believe that once a work is translated it is out of the hands of the translator. Half the time, the translator feels that a certain style is necessary, but however, half of the time the style that they insist upon takes away from the readability and flow of the text. Instead of trying to work through the changes I made, your translator decided to undo them all, wiping away the 1.5 hours I spent trying to make your project better through grammar changes, speech inflections and the like. Baka-tsuki is about freedom to change text or we wouldn't be on this site editing. Maybe he needs to be remindd of this.

Rakuin no Monshou

Thanks a lot for wanting to edit Rakuin no Monshou. Just PM me on the forums (same name) or leave a message in the discussion pages if there's anything you're unsure about. --Dohma (talk) 14:29, 24 April 2013 (CDT) Just a heads up, you should probably read the Project Guidelines before editing, as it explicitly says that British English is to be used. --Draringi (talk) 10:12, 17 December 2013 (CST)

Your edits and support is appreciated. I'll leave the problems of conjunctions and punctuation that haven't been corrected to you. --Detalz (talk) 23:43, 25 January 2014 (CST)

Madan no Ou to Vanadis

Thx for pointing that out I am not quite proficient in English you see since I am Thai XD. --Par74583 (talk)

It's our job as proofreaders to find even the smallest of errors so it's fine. You are doing a great job! You don't have to know everything to be proficient in English.Though, honestly I would consider you proficient in English. Tasear

Question

I don't know where you got the thought that Noue means 'none' in British, because no such word exists. If anything, it'd have to be based off of Latin. And I'm not exactly versed with Latin roots. But considering the original language of the novel, I doubt they would go through the extra added effort of creating names with meaning, especially since the novel takes place in a fantasy setting that places little emphasis on the importance in the meaning of names. So most names are just approximations of sound. However, I did talk to Dohma about the specific romanization of this name. He proposed "Nowe" in place of "Noue", because there existed a english translation of a game...Drakengard 2 I believe, that chose to spell it as such. But I ultimately went with Noue for better matching with first/last names; both seem uncommon for names to me, so now it's just a matter of nitpicking. --Detalz (talk) 00:06, 31 January 2014 (CST)
