I need it in written form not in image form. Then I can copy and convert to romaji and thus understand. I could use OCR but that's prone to errors. The sentence is easy enough, the only kanji that is there is reason(more like cause here), kayaba akihito, lover, at the moment, university and researcher. I assume you know the grammar structure of JP and can read katakana and hiragana. If you're not confident, look for a English-> JP dictionary and see the words here, those kanji should pop up. --Pryun - Talk 22:31, 20 July 2012 (CDT)

I assume you have issue trusting Daigo -> university is legit, for that, 大学 has only single way to read, which is daigaku and means university. Tomtkp may be stranger to you here, but he's very active at animesuki forums and knows a lot more than me about SAO series, I appreciate that he tried to contribute here as well. Also, Pryun, who is SAO's active translator had backed Tomtkp up, so I think you can rest assure that the edit was good.

Tomtkp, I'm sorry to use your talk page for this discussion. First, I agree that Daigo -> university is corrected, but I can't vouch for the rests of the translation from Lloydz. Second, I agreed to Teh Ping to leave the entire of volume 10 to him, so you can count me out here. For Pryun, he is having hard time keeping up with his work/personal relax time/translating Rondo, so I think you can count him out as well. Third, a lot of terms/names in those images will need to be consistent with the actual translation by Teh Ping, so I think we should wait for him to come up with his English version of those terms/names first, I think that might be the reason Tomtkp didn't touch other images too.

Okay, I'll wait as well. But... Teh Ping (and no it's not a typo, I remember him saying it has a meaning) has begun putting /人◕ ‿‿ ◕人\ all over his projected timeline. Does he still plan on doing SAO vol 10? Do you have an approximate idea when? Zero2001 - Talk - 03:51, 21 July 2012 (CDT)

Hi, it's Tomtkp here. It seems that I am late to the commotion here. Sorry about that. Now to the main topic, I am really sorry that I did not explain that edit in SAO talk page. It's normal for Zero2001 to verify the edit from me. Firstly, I would like to clarify that I only have limited Japanese language knowledge but because of my ethnic background, I did understand a bit of the Kanji. And also because I had learned much of Japanese pronouncations, I understand much of katakana as well. And I can understand very simple Japanese phrases and sentences but not any further. So that's why I only touched on the Koujiro Rinko part because when I compared the initial translation with the illustration and my knowledge about Alicization, I found it very wrong, so I edited it on my own. I dare not to touch the other part of translation as i thought I could leave them to others who understand Japanese language more than me.

Most of my past edits were for the "series overview" and the chapter titles in a novel volume. And I will only focus on these parts in the future, yoroshikune ^-^ - From Tomtkp

SAO: Progressive is the return (well, I am not considering it as a reboot) of the story of Aincrad starting from floor 1. It was already known that Volume 1 will include the side stories "Aria of the Starless Night" and "Rondo of the Transient Sword" and there is Volume 2 coming up next year. maybe only Volume 2 in next year as Kawahara-sensei will focus more on the Alicization arc of the main series.

What's SAO: Progressive? the floor by floor?
