Re: Kenkoku no JungFrau (剣刻の銀乙女)
Is the CamelCasing given by the novel? If not (no, actually, in either case), I recommend using "Jungfrau" and not "JungFrau" because it looks plain wrong in my German eyes. ;)

Re: Kenkoku no JungFrau (剣刻の銀乙女)
"Jungfrau" is German for maiden/virgin (among other things, including the name of a mountain). 乙女 (otome) is Japanese for maiden/virgin (among other things, including "young lady"). We probably should stick with the proper spelling unless for some random reason the author has decided to write "JungFrau" inside the novel. The front cover is marked ユングフラウ which matches the ja wikipage for the mountain, and says the same thing as the English one: http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E3%83%A6% ... 9%E3%82%A6Rohan123 wrote:More thoughts on this please people, we will decide after we take more people's opinion into account.EusthEnoptEron wrote:Is the CamelCasing given by the novel? Re: Kenkoku no JungFrau (剣刻の銀乙女)
Can the translator or anyone with access to the RAW tell us if the author has used "JungFrau" inside the novel?

I will ask thecatwalk next time he is around... 2-3 days? But yes I think Jungfrau might be better.

<aside>Ug. Another of these series' with full western-style names everywhere in katakana; but no "English" version. </aside>
No western-script of any import exists in the novel. So "Jungfrau" looks to be the only interpretation we've got a citation for.Rohan123 wrote:Can the translator or anyone with access to the RAW tell us if the author has used "JungFrau" inside the novel?

Re: Kenkoku no Jungfrau (剣刻の銀乙女)
Okay, beginning the overhaul process. First fixing the titles in the threads, then will fix it in the project itself.
UPDATE: Okay, it's done. Changed "JungFrau" to "Jungfrau" in both the project threads on the forum and updated the links to projects too.
Wiki: Moved all pages from "JungFrau" to "Jungfrau", changed links to the new pages in all pages which were linking to old pages, added old pages(no pages link to them anymore since I fixed all redirects) to Speedy Deletion category. Wish I had the power to delete pages myself, it seems many people(except me) have it
Anyway, if I missed "JungFrau" anywhere, please pardon me for the mistake and fix it.

Changed <Kenkoku no Round table> to < Engraved blade of the round table> .. the more english-er meaning
and <Omen users> should be <Omen talker>
use {{furigana|Engraved Blade of the Round Table|Entaku no Kenkoku}}
and {{furigana|Engraved Blade|Kenkoku}}
also {{furigana|Omen|Tenkoku}} , {{furigana|Omen Talker|Tenkoku Tsukai}}
shit, forgot to mention but keep those "<....>" marks like {{furigana|<Omen>|Tenkoku}} and should a colour be added?

Re: Kenkoku no Jungfrau (剣刻の銀乙女)
So CatWalk, or someone else has already made those changes?
Anyway, I don't think that colour should be added. The <...> marks should be enough.

Re: Kenkoku no Jungfrau (剣刻の銀乙女)
Same here color should only be used as a last resort. And by the way what do you think about the ........ all over the place some had 6 dots some have 4 some have 8 etc. I don't think you really need more than 3 dots since an Ellipsis is only 3 dots never anymore but i understand that some authors use more to get the point across more... What you think?Rohan123 wrote:So CatWalk, or someone else has already made those changes?

I got a quote from the translator for you.TheCatWalk wrote:i am tling while reading this but right now, all the mc has is one of those mass produced spears and he is trained 'a bit' in the arts of spear handling...while his imouto is an <Omen Talker> he is extremely normal..though that 'might' change after he meets Estelle again..though i am not sure...
