Just to clarify, there's no actual requirement that you finish translating a chapter in one week, unless that was MineRiko's personal challenge to you. There is a guideline/recommendation that you wait until you have some translated before you create a teaser project page on the wiki (and technically the 1 full chapter rule is the minimum to get upgraded from the teaser list to the full project side bar list), but you can take your time reading and translating.

One night, on Shirokabe mountain, a spaceship lands without anyone noticing.
The spaceship hide itself in the deepest part of the mountain, covered by the thick forest around.
The crew too, hide themselves along with their intention to come to this planet.
If they let people know their presence and intention, they sure chaos and panic will spread even though it's easy for them to sabotage the security system on this planet.
Nevertheless for Shirokabe mountain that standing there for eons, this is just one of the meaningless event.

I've only seen references to an Indonesian version. As far as I know we only avoid translations into languages with official translations, so an English translation should be fine.
