Can I ask what the bolded refers to? Doubly strengthen Kimi's distraction? Both her hands together in that thrusting motion? Or something else?

Kimi is readying her two hands in tandem.

Basically Kimi is trying to grope Asama or something, and is thrusting her hands towards her. 構え just refers to taking the stance/action of the hand-blade.

'While restraining Kimi, (who was trying to thrust her hands below her (Asama) chest, taking a dual hand-blade stance), Asama blah blah blah...'

Should be, though I think that if you just replace 'is' by 'Nai-chan', it should be pretty clear as well, since she does think about herself that way, and it doesn't seem to make things too impersonal, (at least in that sentence.)

For this "たち・はなお" and "たち・はなよめ"I'm not quite certain what they refers to. From the flow of the conversation my guess would something like "Nobleman Flower Husband" and "Noblewoman Flower wife" however as I'm unsure I thought it was best to see if anyone could assist. Also any suggestions on how to render Masazumi's joke into English?

Is there any way to translate this without having to rely on a translation note?

"それでまあ、信玄VS松平ガチンコバトルが始まりまして"
俺：信玄VS松平がちんこバトル...!?
