Ronie and Tieze are aiming to be Integrity knights? (btw, it's "integrity") Now that's news.
I suppose the part with "Integrity Knights" is about Kirito and Eugeo, not about their valets...

Returning to the topic, pranks that involve hiding items aren't violations, but those left in the outdoors that don't belong to any particular person will begin to lose their Life after a while, so if it's not returned by then, it would become «damage to another's belongings».
What exactly "doesn't belong to any person"? If items than this sentence seems off, since it is about someone's belongings. Or it's "outdoors that don't belong to any particular person"? Then I think the sentence is a bit awkward...

Another one.
Part 1:
In the first place, the authority to punish held by elite swordsmen-in-training could be used only on novice and advanced trainees, so Humbert couldn't order any sort of punishment onto Eugeo, but there was still the possibility of submitting a complaint to the academy's management.
Part 2:
The Punishment Authority for swordsmen-in-training was basically for guiding novice and advanced trainees, but there was no word of it being restricted to trainees in the academy regulations. In other words, a swordsman-in-training imposing a punishment on another was theoretically possible and that was the reason why the contempt and insults from Raios and Humbert had somewhat cooled down compared to the previous year.
These two seem contradictive...

Please check this sentence.
First, if "all the students who stayed in the Academy were all back here" it would be much more than 50. Second, just before that, it was said that
The curfew of a rest day would be 7pm, which would be slightly later, so more than half the students would still be outside at this time.
and these two places are quite close in time.
"I stood on the edge of the south-east arena Uolo chose and took glances at the surroundings; it seems that the number of students crowding about have already exceeded fifty. Considering how it was still before the curfew for this rest day, nearly all of the students within the Academy must have gathered here."

“Hahaha. How can that be possible? High class nobles will never ask peasants to sell anything! Of course, the dorm would still be the dorm!
Please check this sentence. "The dorm" seems just out of place here...

And this one too:
There was a faint feeling of wanting to go home, increasing day by day. Was it my imagination?
His wanting to go home shouldn't be faint, and if it increased, why did he fhink it was just his imagination?
"Are you guys praising me or selling me a fight?" (喧嘩を売る means "selling a fight" literally, but would normally be translated as "picking a fight")
"Hahaha, how could that be possible? High class nobles will never sell anything of that sort to peasants. Even if there are times when we give them things, haha."

"However—was the realization that the intensity of the longing to return within me, was fading bit by bit, day after day, a delusion? Was this other desire, increasing inversely to that, to see and know more about this mysterious, beautiful world merely my imagination...?"

It's essentially something like, "She assists Eugeo, who is aiming to be an integrity knight, as his valet."

Well, no real way to shorten that bit unless there's a word for "belongs to nobody" that I can't think of at the moment.

Second one, no idea. The translation's accurate.
Maybe something like the authority is commonly accepted as only used on novice/advanced, but it's not officially stated?

In any case, I might be completely gone for the next one month and a half.
Internet access should be possible, but not guaranteed.

And for anyone lurking in the thread, mind helping out with changing the names in v10?

"Eeh, it's just a kintobi fox, isn't it? There are plenty of those even on the trees growing around the districts."
a fox on a tree is a bit... unusual :). Okay, I know it's Underworld, but still. Under the trees maybe? Or just "in the woods"?

The original line mentioned they lived there, without specifying which part of the trees.
...Well, it's true that foxes would be living in a den below the trees though.
Probably "under". If it's in the districts, it's probably in the city area, rather than forested.

"...The entrance examinations weren't anywhere near relaxing even in my case; rather I was really nervous. I only managed to pass and become a swordsman-in-training this year like this, half thanks to Kirito for teaching me various things..."
Did he really talk about the entrance exams here? Judging by the second sentence, he meant the most recent exams, 1st-to-2nd-year.

Yes, he did.
"I only managed to pass, and even became a swordsman-in-training this year like this, half thanks to Kirito for teaching me various things..."
This might work better, maybe?

Right, gone now. Hoping for the best, but...

Hi!
I love the series, thank you for translating them, i enjoy reading it! A lot! :)
I searched around the forums, but haven't found anything relevant, so do you know around when can you start translating the 12th volume? I recently finished reading the 11th, and its story is pretty much cut in half, so i'm rather enthusiastic to read more, and i at least wanted to ask around when can i expect anything.
The other thing is, is the web-novel still available somewhere? Or was it taken down after they started publishing the books?
Thanks in advance, and have a nice day! :)

The Alicisation arc itself is supposedly longer than all the previous arcs combined.

FYI translation related questions might be good to be placed in the Talk page of the novel, so someone doesn't ask the same Q twice^^

That depends, if you want a translator to check it, the forum might be a better place (especially if you have an account and the translator is active), and no point leaving resolved problems on the talk page, it will just leave the talk page horribly cluttered.

For me, Translating issues: Forum
Formatting issues: Talk Page

I've finished cleaning and typesetting File:Sword Art Online Progressive Vol 1 - 003.jpg and sent it.

It should be up soon.

Edit: It's up!

Newer edit:

Ugh. I can see the volume 12 pics are going to be very hard to do. Especially the parts that need to be extensively redrawn.

Damn those whitebars!
