I'm guessing that since the anime is airing, the next volume of the corresponding novel is usually delayed. Probably to help get the converts of watching the anime to get caught up reading the novels.

They might bundle the next volume with the incoming DVD/BluRay release for the anime.

Looks like the anime changed the part where Jio used Restia by force into Restia allowing Jio to use her.

Yes they did change that. As I'm doing the encoding and editing for this series with the sub group that I work with. Also with some of the summoning we have made some changes that in our opinion make it read better but still maintain the meaning.
Always on the hunt for good Anime and their associated Light Novels, Manga. :)

Just watched it this morning and was looking forward to how that scene was going to play to out in the anime.

Looks like some people who would be watching anime first might not have a good impression on Restia. :? I personally didnt like the change the anime did.

The limited first edition of every blu-ray volume is supposed to come with a mini-special tied to a 32-page short story, so I suppose the author might be busy with that.
