Rather than not the point, I think illogical as in pointless is more fitting. Anyways, "saying that you and I don't have the time to translate isn't the point" doesn't make much sense to me either, since I just said that the reason I'm not translating is because of time restraints.

It would make sense if you understood what I'm trying to say. It would make sense if you kept it to "not the point" then illogical. There are many things better left unsaid than shoving it right into your face like some ill-mannered, boor spoiling for a fight.

I've been keeping quiet, but I'd like to add to Teh Ping's point about not beating about the bush that, while it's fine to practice Japanese writing and all in light hearted conversations, for serious communication, I'd suggest to try not to communicate in Japanese unless you are highly skilled, in grammar especially, and I'd also suggest as much as possible to keep away from superior/inferior modes of speech patterns and use some basic form of keigo unless you are very close in relationships. I'd prefer not to point out stuff, since I'm not really that qualified. Bad communication is the seed of most discord and both parties are right, but only in their own perspectives, which may not really encompass the real facts.

I'm sorry, but I just have to say that this would never have happened had you just outright told me what the hell you were trying to say. Once it got to the point where I wasn't sure if I was understanding you and you were understanding me, I switched to English, but by then you were giving me semi-cryptic answers. I don't know if I offended you in some way, but you can rest assured it wasn't intentional. Post-by-post, I'm just going to translate what I thought you said and what I thought I said into English, so there's no room for misunderstanding.

I understand the first part, but the latter part sounds a bit...strange? Cosmic, did you mean 'The point isn't the fact that 'we' (Hikari and you) don't have the time to translate.' ? Or something else?

can any1 check the translator's notes for volume 7??? its kinda a mess, specially chapter 4, the chapter doesnt have the references to the notes, except for 1, and u dunno if the block after the "chapter 4" is indeed chap 3 or epilogue

im gonna finish the pdf anyways n remake it later =P

I have identified the problem.

I accidentally made a new chapter note for a note that was in chapter 4, that has been corrected.

However, the actual link to the page is missing for the previous five references. I will attempt to fix this.

Hidan no Aria is definitely my favorite light novel. I like it more than I like a lot of manga and anime. I just want to give a big thanks to Yoake for translating so much of it and to Othao for being so fast at translating volume 9. You guys are awesome

If its are only some minor spelling errors you could have edited and correct them in the wiki by yourself... since its a wiki.
