Update the css_dark, at least basic layouting for illustration gallery and thumb image is added

Updated the loading messages, those were kinda... lol.
gotta show the progressbar on the dialog when loading images.
In theory, practice and theory are the same.
but, practically, they arent.

Somehow, that seems to make me think of Horie Yui instead of Hobo. Not like it's a bad thing or anything...

Also, the quote feature isn't working properly in this thread
