My new educated guess :
It's Kibaou! looks like a spike from his hair.

Aw. I considered that way back, but thought the color was off and the location was wrong. I can't dismiss how well that lines up, though.
I guess he was trying to sneak into the picture.

EXCEPT!!!
Tap is a really big Kibaou Fans!!

[jumping out of nowhere]
To be, or not to be, that is the question
Whether 'tis Nobler in the mind to suffer
The Slings and Arrows of outrageous Fortune,
Or to take Arms against a Sea of troubles,
And by opposing end them: to die, to sleep
No more; and by a sleep, to say we end
Whether 'tis Nobler in the mind to suffer
The Slings and Arrows of outrageous Fortune,
Or to take Arms against a Sea of troubles,
And by opposing end them: to die, to sleep

Re: SAO Anime Discussion Thread
I guess it would, if it is... But I don't think there is any official information about that. (Same goes for Accel World season 2)
But will it be GGO or not, that a good question too. I hope so.

Seems only natural since ALO was chronologically after SAO, plus they need to introduce the incoming characters before moving on right? It's a pity I probably won't get to see mother's Rosario animated, was my favorite volume.

Ok just saw a commercial on Adult Swim fr SAO. Seems like it will be coming to the US in August. If that is true then it's awesome though i generally hate dubbing since the english voice actors generally suck.

Re: SAO Anime Discussion Thread
Ah.
The anime wasn't very nice to me.
Light novel has a fault which dragged on to the anime -
KiritoxAsuna was too quick. Reki Kawahara-sensei needed to develop the relationship more. I mean, it must be a development like TaigaxRyuuji. Otherwise this story would just be like love-at-first-sight... No offense.
But other than that, to use an RPG as the basis of the story, he is rather smart.

Re: SAO Anime Discussion Thread
Eh. The anime hit most of the relationship highlights; unlike reading the novels in order, the anime viewers at least knew they'd been running into each other on and off for two years. It still felt fast in an anime-episode-pacing sense, but worked in an absolute-time sense.
IMO, what was missing was more along the lines of covering the things that kept them apart for so long. We got only a minimal coverage of the bare facts in the anime. In the novels it's all spread out, with the bulk of Asuna's side only really getting covered in depth book 7.
Maybe we'll get a really good do-over anime after Kawahara's rewrite gets to the 25th floor?

I hope so too that we would get a more in-depth anime about the early years of SAO.Skeptic wrote:Eh. Mhm, appears they might come out with an ova or something near the end of this year. Hoping GGO arc will get animated.

Re: SAO Anime Discussion Thread
NOOOO!!!!!! Why can't you create a proper sequil? Why did you have to make a abridged versoin of the anime?
