Well, assuming that Ping lives in Singapore, it should have been somewhere between 11:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on 30th September when he removed the volume, so it's all fine(he's just too punctual )

According to Amazon FR, Volume 2 of SAO may be planned on August 2014 (leading to the hypothesis that there'll be 3 volumes/year) and Volume 1 of Accel World on July 2014.

But it needs confirmation.
