Images have been uploaded. Thank me later. I asked the walking cat for a ETA on chapter 4 he said none. To busy with romance i'm guessing. >.<

I'll start translating the 3rd volume as soon as I wake up. I've been awake the whole night clearing my anime backlogs. Okay, I probably won't start immediately after I wake up because I need to watch Ama- I mean Grisaia, and Fate.

Few days ago, I asked Cat when he is gonna be done with 2nd vol and he said he'll take at least a week, or ten days to get it done.

Kouen told me to change Donrou to Tonrou over at Animesuki. Was that a mindslip or...?

When English teaches you nothing useful in terms of English. But the fact that if you don't understand camera angles in movies, tempo/tune in music and biblical references you will fail English in NSW Australia... Also why the fock is white a warm colour and black a cold colour... plz explain... >.> White does not retain head while black does. Snow is also white...

Anyway back to topic after my little final exam rant.

TheNekoStroll as a problem with people posting chapters that could temp people to skip ahead in the story. May want to refrain from posting unto Volume 2 is done.

Kouen, can you confirm this? I'm looking at the light novel and the furigana :D for 貪 is clearly どん in both volumes one and two. And that's also the pronunciation listed in the dictionary for the kanji.

Warm colors are those associated with sunlight, which is typically hot. Cool colors are those associated with water, which is typically cold. Black is cold probably because it's associated with nighttime.

By the way, good sir, I didn't say anything about you frequently changing your editor name on the project front page (though I hope you settle on something for the final PDF credit pages), but at least don't write it with white font on default-white background.

It's certainly a slip on my side. I am sorry, one of the readers told me Donrou was actually Tonrou, and I didn't bother to recheck and told Bionic to change it to Tonrou. Sorry.

Also, I've noticed due to the structure of Japanese language my translated drafts contain too much wordiness. Should I be more liberal in future and translate concisely? Or, should I just keep translating the same way?

The text in your translation of volume two chapter three is fine as a basis for editing. The topic is has a lot of complicated nuance, but as a general rule, I think concision is related to the tone of the passage, so as long as the translation isn't so wordy that a quick thought reads like a soliloquy, it's probably fine for a translation pass. If you see an obviously superior concise wording, typically for common turns of phrase, by all means use that. If a passage turns out wordy and there's no obvious fix, I recommend you translate for as much literal meaning as possible, and leave it to me when I make a smoothing pass (or PM me if you want a quick suggestion). Editing for readability is my specialty.
