I'm thinking that it's Sara with Ikki, or a facsimile of Stella created by Sara.

It's definitely stella with ikki.Sara is at the door trying to convince ikki to pose nude. Stella gets jealous and tells her to shove off, until Sara remarks that she has no interest in Ikki and just wants to paint him. Even compliments stella and says how they go well together convincing stella to assist her with the promise of seeing him nude and getting a wedding portrait done. Ikki runs like hell and eventually take refuge with his brother for a bit.

Yes there is more fighting in Volume 6 but none of it is him. Technically.

Do we know yet his next 2 enemies? I'm almost certain that one of them will be Amane, but who will be the 2nd? Maybe that painter girl, so Ikki can trick a win out for a naked picture?

Or is it still the group stage only for him, and I jumped ahead of ourselves?
