Touhou 10.5, Scarlet Weather Rhapsody. Might want to give it's prequel, Touhou 7.5: Immaterial and Missing Power, a go too. Both games are made by Twilight Frontier, creators of Eternal Fighter Zero and Higurashi Daybreak.
