Wiki Project Reorganization (2014 edition)

EDIT: The proposal in this first post has now been implemented. There are some further ideas in the replies.
This topic keeps coming up in recent discussions, but no solution has ever been formally approved. So I want to repeat the proposal to reduce the size of the sidebar by removing projects that have less than 1 complete volume, and make that the new standard for upgrading teaser projects.
This is a list of the 24 (26*) projects that would be removed by applying this rule:
This is the list of 3 (5*) projects that would be removed, but currently have an active TL. (possible grandfathered exceptions)
Any opinions, opposition, or support?
Note: *Some projects (both with and without 1 complete volume) are not currently on the sidebar, but it have been included in "Category:Light novel (English)", which, if I understand correctly, will be replacing the current sidebar list.
Edit: List last updated April 4th. (The list reflects the state before changes were implemented on April 14th, 2014)
