Wait, that was my mistake, misread the tense, my bad. Revised - "I'll brew some red tea, so shall we have tea?" <- Probably closer. In English 'teatime' refers to the time itself, so 'make it teatime' doesn't really make sense, you can't change time. But it works that way in JP...
