Baka-Tsuki Translation Community
| Thelastguardian, Baka-Tsuki has since expanded to become the largest fan-based English light novel agglomerate on the Internet. Apart from physically hosting 221 projects in 26 different languages, Baka-Tsuki aims to promote the popularity of light novels and serve as a hub to connect readers with fan translations of East Asian light novels on the Internet. Baka-Tsuki (BT) is a fan translation community that hosts translations for light novels in the Wiki format. Founded in 2006 by |
Baka-Tsuki is not a translation group. Independent translators come to Baka-Tsuki and voluntarily upload their translations to the Wiki for public sharing. Baka-Tsuki does not control what translators choose to translate or how fast they translate. Do not ask when the next chapter will be updated. Read More

Baka-Tsuki Sidebar Revamp
Well, now for a series of controversial changes
Currently, I have removed most of the series on the sidebar to avoid overstacking on the 114 main series we have on the wiki. All of the top 30 are based on my personal opinion, and the list may be updated according to the shown popularity of the series
For all the remaining series on the sidebar, click on the 'Main Projects' function and search accordingly
Note that there are some series in the completed section, series like Oreimo and ToraDora.
We also added a random English project function, so any bored soul who has no idea on what to read can click on the random tag under the 'network' tab to randomly choose a series.
Keep calm and keep reading.

Rejoice and celebrate!
As of today, our glorious Wiki-Communist state has evolved even further and brought us two powerful beings. They started as Translators, assimilated the supervisor powers and now they arrived at the peak of power. Welcome Teh Ping and KuroiHikari as our new Custodians. Bow before them, pray to them, worship them.

Commencing deletion of entire SAO project.
(Note, despite the date, this is not a joke.)
The first SAO English volume by Yen Press will be released this month, so the deletion for the project will commence within 24 hours. First 6 volumes have been neutralized, so all remaining content (including Progressive) will be taken off this wiki.
