This Nagato wore on her face a pair of glasses which I had no idea when the present Nagato stopped wearing. 

umm... wasn't Kyon there and the cause of her stopping wearing her glasses? Am I reading that
wrong?

I know shes the one in the past. "no idea when the present Nagato stopped wearing."
He knows when the present Nagato stopped wearing, when Asakura tried to kill him.

It probably means she's wearing a different pair of glasses than the pair she was wearing when Kyon met her.

it's true he says that he doesn't know when (itsushika=itsu no ma ni ka), but the emphasis seems more directed in the meaning that he doesn't want to remember now, hence "somewhen" (i don't speak english frequently so i don't know any more common expression)
