Fold-ups temporarily disabled

..since they produce "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 20971520 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 9144 bytes)" error. However, I'm not removing them until no other option is available.

instead. Since this Wiki treats "abc.jpg" and "abc.JPG" as two different files, I've just renamed actual files to similar non-existing ones. Please keep them this way until "no memory" problem is resolved.
