A piece of trivia: "fanega" is a capacity measure unit for arids with a very high variability of value depending on the place but that has a legal value (according to old laws) of 55,5 litres. It can also be used to measure fields (as area that can be sown with a fanega of seeds of choice crop, usually wheat) with the same variability as the original use, with a value for a regular fanega of 645,96 ha.--Kemm (talk)
