I took a quick look at your PDFs for Volume 5 and 6 and they look very good! Thank you for your work, especially since I sadly did not have the time to continue myself. I had Volume 5 typeset for the longest time, but never got around to proofread it. But that won't be necessary now. Out of curiosity, what tools are you using? --Quentin
