you must know lots of japanese and a little english, all japanese and all english, or all english.
anyone who falls under either of these categories is welcome.
don't think that you have to know japanese to help.
If you know just english, then check for spelling errors.
check for punctuation.
make the conversations more like what you hear everyday, without all those fancy words you've never heard anyone say.
maybe you can even write some codes or something.

For the ones complaining on how slow visual novel translations are: English speakers who want to play ren'ai games should beg for translation projects to be started and then sulk about waiting for the translation to be finished and whining LEARN JAPANESE AND START IMPORTING.
