I am a college graduate who has experience being a proofer and translation checker for various manga scanslation groups. English is my first language and I also have six years of Japanese as a third language in High School and College. I would translate, but my reading comprehension sucks because I hate kanji, although that has not stopped me from doing some limited translations. Lack of time due to work (+ a horrendous commute) and poor group coordination has led me to quit the manga scanslation scene, but when I feel the need to be a grammar nazi once again, I come here. I also enjoy the translations :P | |||
