That was more of a personal note, but I think it's correct. The original Nephilim was a chimera between a human and a fallen angel, but once it started a tribe, it became a new monster species. It's the same with Chiharu: he's a chimera, but once he has children like him, a new species will be born. "Chimera" is the name given to the original individual of a new monster species born from the mixture of two different species.
