I really think it's fine if you just edit what you feel is necessary, but of course it would be nice if you could ask for opinions about something that you are unsure of. Editting for Kyokai Senjou no Horizon
No, there's no way* to edit such that the translators have to give approval, (and I don't have time to look over all the edits anyways : /.) If you really don't want to apply it without an opinion, you can place the presumed edit in <!--****--> and it won't be visible to normal viewers, but this doesn't give any special sort of alert and still requires manual discussion and everything.
I really think it's fine if you just edit what you feel is necessary, but of course it would be nice if you could ask for opinions about something that you are unsure of.
