Actually, the first kanji is 'hitsugi'(coffin) and the second is 'hime'(princess), so 'Hitsugi Hime no Chaika', or 'Chaika of the Coffin Princess' or 'The Coffin Princess' Chaika' would be direct readings... but it wouldn't surprise me if they turned 'hitsugi'+'hime' to 'hitsugime' as a punny contraction.
