Lines 115 - 117 and Lines 244 - 245

The option choices of lines 115 - 117 occur when you have encountered all three girls (note that encountering the Fujibayashi twins occurs regardless). If you never encounter Tomoyo (or pretty much never see her), lines 244 - 245 are used instead of lines 115 - 117.

I believe that this is why lines 244 - 245 are there (and seem completely out of place without being chronological at all.) Bear in mind that lacking Tomoyo's option also takes out possibilities in SEEN5423 and SEEN5424 (the combination of what activates what is too complicated in this route).

Since Yukine's route is one of the shortest, none of the choices seem to affect her ending negatively, but this route has a ton of variation as to what happens in these little fun spell events since it requires certain interaction with those specific characters.
