Milan is in the North of Italy not South... "Milan is the best representation of a city in southern Italy," that sentence is not correct ... a glitch?

That would make sense ... somehow North and South were misplaced in the text (or translation) "Milan is the best representation of a city in Northern Italy," that, in fact, would be the correct form
