This is Takenoko Riko. At about the time that the illustration of the gentleman on the cover was almost done, I received a sudden email from Temari-san.
Subject: Nee-san, there's been an accident. Body: This is bad. When I drew him naked under the mantle, it ended up looking like he was squatting on a toilet! I've prepared another version with him wearing black tights so please use that for the cover. Later~
I'm sorry. I burst out laughing. And so, I was sent 2 versions of the illustration. ... So, I'm using the other one as an inside illustration without asking. The Naked Mantle version. I'm sad I can't show you the color version!
