I've done some basic transcriptions of the bolded text in the chapter. Left is the bolded text and Chinese when available, right is the Japanese text and any preexisting standards.

Socaron (索瓦松) - ソワッソン

Piero Flanders (弗蘭馬玖•頓•索瓦鬆) - ピエール・フラマンジュ・ド・ソワッソン

Honbaleui (康芭蕾) – コンヴァレ

  • The original seems to say コンヴァレ侯爵のおぼっちゃん, making this guy the son of コンヴァレ, not the father, if I'm understanding the dictionary definition correctly.

Igo – エキュー - écu/ecu

Alubon (阿魯鎊) - アルパン

  • According to Wikipedia, this is the unit of measure called an “arpent”.

Merios (玫魯) - メイル - mails
