You can tell it's based on Rogue and not its successors because of the use of % as a staircase (successors such as Hack would use <).

Truck Tensei Oosugidaro! ~Truck no Unchantachi ga Naitemasu~

Since this story has been deleted I'm going to write up an outline from what I can remember so that I can still talk about it in the future.

Original link: http://ncode.syosetu.com/n7673bt/ (now dead)

Length: 8 chapters, ~50k characters.

Outline

(I probably won't be able to write it chapter by chapter, but roughly what happens)

Buntarou Sugawara, a truck driver for Ladybird Delivery Company (?), is asked by his boss to complete a long-haul delivery. He asks why he was chosen instead of the regular driver and is told that the regular driver was in an incident. The narration then explains that there has been a rise in truck accidents caused by people wishing to reincarnate in another world.

Buntarou searches online and finds a website operated by a returnee (named Yamada, or something of that sort), promoting truck reincarnation and talking about the cheat skills and harem etc. that he obtained. After some more research he sets off

He arrives with his truck at the port of Tsuruga (?) (Unfortunately I don't remember the exact route or the destination, probably Fukuoka or something of that sort). Nearby he stops at a parking area where he gets advice from other truck drivers, such as only driving at 60 km/h at night.

After avoiding a few reincarnator wannabes on the highway he picks up a hitchhiker, a young woman named Eriko. They are stopped by police at some point and she pretends to be his sister. It is mentioned that Buntarou is 35 and has never had a girlfriend.

More reincarnator wannabes appear, including a group who cover themselves in black sheets and lie down in order to camouflage themselves, and a boy who apparently forced his younger sister to join him. It eventually reaches a point where Buntarou is unable to avoid them by himself and Eriko uses magic to help him.

We see a flashback from Eriko's point of view and discover she is also a returnee, having been reincarnated after being hit by a truck while trying to save a child. After defeating the demon lord she meets with the goddess to return to Earth, and asks about the driver who hit her. It is revealed that the driver was Buntarou, and after hitting Eriko he lost his licence and committed suicide. Eriko asks to be returned to Earth in the past so that she can change his fate.

In the present Eriko and Buntarou stop somewhere for a break and bond with each other (don't remember this part much).

We cut to the returnee Yamada. He is dissatisfied with his life after returning to Earth and intends to get hit by another truck. He shows up in front of Buntarou's truck and uses magic to paralyse him and force the truck to hit him, but fortunately Eriko stops him.

The truck approaches its destination, but also the intersection where Eriko was originally killed. In order to change the course of events she asks Buntarou to block the intersection with his truck. We see a child's ball go onto the road, the child runs after it and past Eriko then appears to take them off the road, this time safely. Present Eriko is dropped off and disappears (?) after an emotional farewell.

In the epilogue, Buntarou is on another journey when he sees a hitchhiker on the road. It's Eriko again, and she boards his truck.
