Chapter Five: The New School Term
Saito and others did not know what to do with this much of free time before the new school term started.
Three days passed after returning from Louise’s place. When they returned to the academy, it was basically the same daily life without any changes.
“Tsk… Clearly he is a bad guy, we should not stand in here.”
In the usual hangout of Undine Knight Corps, Saito said while placing his elbows on the table.
“When did you become so belligerent?”
Guiche asked gulping down the wine.
This was the place were after school noble boys used to drink recklessly. And if the teachers were to scowl at them, they would excuse it as a ‘training filth’. Because the Undine’s Knight corps were founded as queens guards, the teachers could not complain once the training was mentioned.
“Because it’s strange. They, umm, that Gallia. It’s a really big country. If they wanted they could attack Louise and me and Tabitha and her mother, but for some reason they do not.”
”They are such kind of fellows. It would not be too hard to lay hands on you, during the shady work at night. That’s why we need to watch out with the corners of our eyes.”
Guiche nonchalantly answered, regaining his cool.
“I want to do something about Tabitha’s mother…”
“Well, it is nice and all, but what can we do about elf medicine? We are in a deadlock.”
No, disagreeing, Saito shook his head.

Certainly, Galia has not figured out what to say yet.

After all, at Louise’s home it was far more challenging than in Gallia, tired and injured, Saito slept for a long time. He only woke up today at noon. And found neither Louise nor Siesta around.

While such private exchange was heating up, the fatty Malicorne appeared with the first year schoolgirls at his side.
“Malicorne-sama! You are so cool!”
“Please, let us hear the story again!”
They were somewhat cute girls. Malicorne for some reason was wearing a hat with big feathers and a Guiche-like shirt. ‘What’s up?’ – the guys from knight corps started gathering around.

However, he stood up with a red face.

Saito’s shoulders were trembling with anger when he started to beat ‘bang bang’ Malicorne.

Girls with long hair surrounded Saito from left and right. The first year students’ eyes were sparkling like stars when they looked Saito. Behind them was the Katy from that time.

Guiche trembled.

At Saito’s vacant look, Katy, with some rustling, took out the basket at her side.
“Yes! We prepared some dishes for now! Please eat it during training.”
When Katy tries to set the dish, door with the loud bang is opened and the housemaids jumped in from the kitchen with Siesta in front.
“Siesta!”
Siesta and her maids were holding large dishes.
“Saito-san! Despite all my worries that you were sleeping so long after return, you seem to be surprisingly energetic!”
“T-thank you.”
One after another Siesta’s housemaids started to set the dishes on the table.
“Wait! Don’t be so selfish!”
Noble schoolgirls started complaining about commoner housemaid.
However, Siesta with the certainty stared back at Katy.

With determined face, Siesta began to set the dishes on the table.
Katy got angry, took the plate of the placed dish and began to eat mumbling.

Maids and the girl helping group started to turn against each other, and started jostling eventually. Saito was experiencing heaven and hell at the same time.
Malicorne tried to stop the conflict.
“Please stop fighting over me!” he shouted, but was sent up flying from both sides kicks.
Then every one from the knight corps got involved, and fuss erupted in the hangout.
