Due to the nature of the project of not able to enlist the help of a Japanese translator, we have had to rely on machine optical character recognition software to translate the printed text for manual translation.
Therefore the following guidelines are to ensure the raws are at the best of our abilities:
:* Clear indication of appropriate page numbers from beginning to the end, of an agreed '''"Chapter"'''
:* Text must be published in the "Discussion" Page which are always linked by the tab provided.
:* Translators of the registered text must update the Japanese raw to match the English translation.
:* Discussion of the project must be conducted on the forum, to ensure the project pages are clutter free, with the exception of the discussion page for the main page.
