Welcome to the Baka-Tsuki Translation Community Wiki!
Introduction
Baka-Tsuki is a fan translation community started on November 11, 2005 by "Big Boss" thelastguardian. It translates mostly Japanese light novels (Suzumiya Haruhi, Zero no Tsukaima, etc...) but also some Japanese visual novels.
How to use this site?
At the left of this site there is a navigation bar allowing you to browse through all the Baka-Tsuki projects. When you are on a project page, you can read the translated chapters by clicking on the available links. You can read a presentation of all the projects here.
It's a wiki so it means that everyone can edit it but there are some rules to follow (see the format guideline). The translations are in American English.
Don't hesitate to visit our forums to discuss with us.
The staff to contact
The "Big Boss" is thelastguardian and the wiki supervisors are Onizuka-GTO, Darkoneko, the_naming_game, Bicube,Smidge204 and Velocity7.

Contributors who wish to translate a new (English) project please refer to the New Project Petition Guideline.
Contributors who wish to translate one of our existing projects into an alternative language on the Wiki please read Alternative Language Start-Up Guidelines (English) on our forum.
Translators
They are the most important people on this site. They translate the Japanese light novels/visual novel from Japanese/Chinese into English (see the format guideline).
Baka-Tsuki is always looking for new translators so if you have a good level in Japanese or Chinese and are interested in joining us, don't hesitate!
If you don't have a lot of time or aren't confident in translating a whole chapter, you can still help us by editing the chapters already translated (and then becoming an official editor).
