Well, ignoring the fact that the grammar in that line is extremely messed up, and only considering the meaning, it still won't work, since the next line talks about Yuuji's feelings towards Shana or Shana's feelings towards Yuuji. In the case of the line meaning Yuuji's feelings towards Shana, the pronoun "she" in the line eliminates this immediately, and in the case of meaning Shana's feelings towards Yuuji, nobody thinks "She really likes it" but rather "She really likes me" or something like that, but then the joke/double meaning of the line is lost. | |||

Page 11 (Really love this)
I'm trying to think of some way of somehow carry over the ambiguous meaning behind the (本当に好きなんだな） line over to English, since the current one (Really love this) really sounds out of place and awkward, but if you add anything it's hard to connect with the line immediately after. I'm thinking that there's no need to translate the next part over literally. Maybe something like:
(She really loves this)
However, the thought was not regarding the walk through the park. What this thought was referring to was rather - Shana's love for melon bread.
