So which way should I be editing Itsuten for, British or American English, as toward/towards is another distinction between the two that I've edited? - Bzk

kilometre(s) should be changed to kilometer(s). the second "e" and the "r" are out of order

Both are correct spellings, its just a difference in British English and American English
