- add trans note for names (saitohimea, andou mirai)

- remove trans note for written forms of foreigners in v1c2

- fix confusing translation: hinata (who sealed Bhaskra) in v1c2 (he’s talking to himea)

- add name and terminology page

- verify Mashin (demon god / devil) translation (akuma will remain as demon)

- convert back all akuma to demon

- check Taito’s comment in v1c1 (At this place I feel sleepy everyday)
