Monday - Mysql's Innodb got itself into a deadlock. Mem exhaustion

Tuesday - Innodb caused OS out-of-memory. Mysql crashed, data files became corrupted. Had to re-roll the binary transaction log.

Wednesday - Apache suffered a memory leak
