just a quick question why is chapter three not finished anywhere

Will this ever be uploaded[edit]
I've heard that this chapter exists in its translated entirety, but it has yet to be uploaded here. Will this be finished? Also, is the rest of the volume being edited? I only ask because several parts feel quite rough... Gaelas (talk) 00:40, 29 April 2015 (CDT)
